SPAY AND NEUTER ASSISTANCE

Pound Pals assists with funding spay and neuter for community cats in TNR programs (Trap, Neuter, and Return), and also for owned cats and dogs of people needing financial help. We operate in the greater St. Louis metro area and parts of rural Missouri and nearby Illinois.
